The Site Quality Assurance Coordinator is responsible for establishing and maintaining quality processes for companies project sites. This role involves developing site specific quality procedures, training on-site teams, and overseeing quality inspections to ensure adherence to established standards.|
Responsibilities
• Site Quality Standards:
Set up and maintain site-specific quality processes, ensuring consistent standards across all installations. Develop method statements, snagging processes, and safety protocols tailored to site needs.
• Training and Process Implementation:
Train site teams on quality and safety protocols, ensuring all staff are knowledgeable in quality standards and requirements. Provide hands-on guidance to enforce quality practices during installation phases.
• Quality Inspections:
Conduct on-site inspections to monitor adherence to quality standards and address any issues promptly. Document and report quality findings, ensuring accurate records of all site-related quality activities.
• Client Interaction:
Address client inquiries on site quality and communicate any corrective actions being implemented. Foster a collaborative environment with clients, providing updates on quality status and improvements as needed.
Required Skills
• Site Quality Knowledge: Proven experience in site-based quality management, ideally in installation or construction.
• Training Skills: Ability to effectively train and support on-site teams on quality and safety protocols.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail for thorough inspections and accurate reporting.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Quality Control, or related field.
