Coordinating with Client
Correspondence
Overall checking for the Project QS’s job
QA/QC for Payment and Rates
Commercial Report review
Cashflow Preparation
Value Engineering
Finalization of projects SQS & QS
Education Qualification
Relevant Degree from a recognized University and a recognized professional qualification, MRICS or equivalent, or with a minimum relevant post-graduation experience of over 15 years.
The Team Leader shall have demonstrable skills in current Value Engineering and Cost control techniques on construction contracts, together with experience of FIDIC conditions of contract and international methods of measurement.
