One of our key consultancy clients is looking for a “Senior Quantity Surveyor” with following requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities
Review all the Correspondence, claims, Final account.
Attending Meeting, Drafting the MOM and Rate.
Measurement dispute handling, AVV, quotation review, Value Engineering.
Education Qualification
Relevant Degree from a recognized University and a recognized professional qualification, MRICS or equivalent, or with a minimum relevant post-graduation experience of over 10 years.
The Senior Quantity Surveyors shall have demonstrable skills in current Value Engineering and Cost control techniques on construction contracts, together with experience of FIDIC conditions of contract and international methods of measurement.
