Position Overview
Seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Performance Marketing Executive. As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels to achieve business goals.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of performance-based marketing strategies and analytics to drive measurable results and improve the overall ROI of marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, implement, and manage performance-based marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
Develop and execute paid media strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, making adjustments and optimizations as necessary.
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and other elements to ensure high conversion rates.
Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with the overall business strategy.
Research and stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure effective marketing strategies.
Track and report on key metrics such as cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rates.
Work with the design team to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages that improve user experience and conversion rates.
Manage budgets and optimize the allocation of resources across campaigns to maximize performance.
Implement strategies to increase customer lifetime value (CLV) through retention and remarketing campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in performance marketing.
Strong knowledge of advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
Proficiency in using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other performance tracking tools.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of SEO and content marketing is a plus.
Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM platforms is a bonus.
