Scope of Work
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the brand’s presence, attract customers, and drive sales. This role involves overseeing marketing campaigns, managing social media presence, coordinating with HR and Finance departments, and ensuring that all marketing efforts align with the overall goals of the company.
Job Responsibilities
Brand Strategy Planning
•Promote internal and external brand engagement, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
•Identify corporate brand profiling to develop targeted positioning for company.
•Be a passionate advocate for companies brands, fostering a strong connection with the community.
•Implement and monitor brand and product initiatives across all platforms.
•Spearhead marketing and social media campaigns to boost engagement rates and improve customer sentiment.
•Collaborate with in-house and external agencies on content creation, from ideation to production, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
Marketing Strategy & Campaigns
•Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company, including social media, content marketing, and influencer tactics.
•Create and manage promotional campaigns, including email marketing and in-store promotions, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
•Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy, identifying content pillars that align with the brand.
•Generate impactful and engaging content tailored to various demographic groups, understanding audience behavior across social platforms.
•Manage, monitor, measure, and re-evaluate lead generation campaigns and conversion rates across all platforms.
•Analyze performance metrics to optimize marketing content and identify growth opportunities.
•Utilize social listening tools to gain insights into customer behavior and preferences.
•Conduct market intelligence, including brand, market, and competitive analysis, to inform and refine marketing strategies.
Financial and Operational Responsibilities
•Prepare and strategize marketing and branding budget allocation and ensure cost-effective expenditure, plan implementation and ensure smooth execution.
•Track and report marketing expenditures, ensuring alignment with budgetary goals and delivering return on investment (ROI).
•Collaborate with the finance team to forecast and analyze sales trends, adjusting marketing strategies to meet financial targets.
•Provide regular updates to leadership on the financial impact of marketing efforts and suggest areas for improvement or investment.
Collaboration & Cross-Departmental Work
•Work well cross-functionally with other departments, ensuring synergy on mutual activities to achieve optimal outcomes.
•Collaborate with HR to ensure that marketing strategies are communicated effectively across the organization, promoting staff engagement with the brand.
•Develop content in partnership with stakeholders across the organization, ensuring alignment with in-house and external partners.
•Coordinate with Operations and Finance teams to ensure marketing initiatives support overall business objectives.
HR Responsibilities
•Collaborate with the HR department to plan and execute staff training on brand standards, customer service, and marketing initiatives.
•Assist in the recruitment process by creating job postings and participating in interviews for marketing-related roles.
•Promote a positive workplace culture through internal communications and employee engagement activities, fostering collaboration across subsidiaries.
General Responsibilities
•Maintain a thorough understanding of companies products, services, and brand identity.
•Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including advertising and data privacy standards.
•Stay updated on industry trends, hospitality marketing best practices, and competitor strategies to keep the brand relevant and competitive.
