One of our esteemed clients, a leading digital marketing agency based in Abu Dhabi, is seeking an exceptional Business Development Manager to join their dynamic and innovative team. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a driven professional to lead business growth initiatives and expand the agency’s presence in Dubai.

 

The Key responsibilities are as follows…

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Identify and research new business opportunities within digital marketing and social media.
  • Develop a pipeline of qualified leads through networking, cold calling, social media outreach, and industry events.
  • Nurture and follow up with leads to convert them into opportunities.

Client Acquisition:

  • Conduct discovery calls and meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Deliver presentations and product demonstrations showcasing the company’s offerings.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with new clients.

Relationship Building:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the client services team to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.

Sales Strategy:

  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop effective strategies for business growth.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market demands to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Use insights to refine sales strategies and improve client acquisition approaches.

Reporting & KPIs:

  • Track and report sales activities, pipeline development, and overall business development performance.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on progress toward goals.

Looking for someone with 5-6 years of similar experience.
