One of our key digital marketing agency clients is looking to hire an exceptional “Performance Marketing Executive ” to join their innovative and creative team.

Position Overview

Seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Performance Marketing Executive. As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels to achieve business goals.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of performance-based marketing strategies and analytics to drive measurable results and improve the overall ROI of marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and manage performance-based marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Develop and execute paid media strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, making adjustments and optimizations as necessary.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and other elements to ensure high conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with the overall business strategy.
  • Research and stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure effective marketing strategies.
  • Track and report on key metrics such as cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rates.
  • Work with the design team to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages that improve user experience and conversion rates.
  • Manage budgets and optimize the allocation of resources across campaigns to maximize performance.
  • Implement strategies to increase customer lifetime value (CLV) through retention and remarketing campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in performance marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other performance tracking tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of SEO and content marketing is a plus.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM platforms is a bonus.
  • Arabic speaking preferred.
