We are looking for an exceptional Personal shopping expert to initiate and drive a specialist and personalized selection for exclusive customers and contribute to maximizing customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their personal style, preferences, and lifestyle needs. Provide tailored shopping experiences that exceed their expectations.
• Product Expertise: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our product offerings, including current collections, upcoming trends, and exclusive pieces. Offer expert advice and recommendations to clients.
• Personalized Service: Identify the needs of the customer and recommend a range of products to choose from in order to arrive at an appropriate buying decision. Provide bespoke styling and shopping recommendations to enhance their wardrobe or lifestyle.
• Exclusive Access: Offer clients access to exclusive collections, pre-sale events, and special promotions. Informing formed about new arrivals and limited-edition items.
• Client Relations: Develop, grow and establish relationships with customers resulting in the growth of the Personal Shopping customer database.
• Sales and Targets: Achieve personal sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the brands. Analyze consumer behavior and provide superior standards of customer service with an individual using a distinct personalized approach.
• Events: Strategize in organizing and hosting client events, trunk shows, and private shopping experiences to enhance the luxury shopping experience.
• Market Trends: Always keep abreast of the market trends and competitor activities.
Minimum Qualification required:
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field
Experience:
• 2 years or more personal shopping experience in luxury retail
