Looking for a Project Manager (Joinery and Fit Out) for a construction company.
Roles and Responsibilities
Keep senior level informed of client relations
Partnership with existing clients and extension of client base to agreed Client Partnering strategy
Best in class client relationship building, proactive, ‘can do’ attitude and seamless implementation
Receive and discuss the brief with the clients
De-brief other related departments as Design and Production Teams
Receive the cost estimation and time deadlines with production team
Get approval from the client for deadlines and cost
Control the project from start of production to delivery to the shops (through communication with production managers) including schedule management and quality control of creative production by each project stage and report to team manager
Receive closing documents from production team
Submit all documents to administrative assistance for prepare the closing documents for the clients
See through vendor transparency management, bidding process and annual evaluation
See through vendors implementation & improvement for the better services and understanding guides policy
Provide timely and consistent communication to account director and team about project status, profitability and people
Develop strong relationships with all other parts of the business and raise profile within the agency
Provide team with broader industry knowledge and specialism
Charge of financial performance (P&L target) management; in charge of managing client’s billing and profit targets, and closely observe client’s financial security and report results
Active participation in monthly team finance meetings in partnership with budget controller
Quarterly forecasting with Account Director
Identify continuously client’s needs and establish/present initial strategy alternatives accordingly
Develop new clients and competition PT; support to create opportunity for competition PT
Carry out shared values faithfully and play as a role model for junior members
Present clear instructions, guidelines and prompt review to junior members
Required
8 -10 years of experience in doing Residential and Commercial Projects.
