Job Description:
Promote and commercialize companies after-sales activities.
Expand the customer portfolio through active prospecting and communication channels.
Inform end users about available service packages and options.
Ensure clear agreements and follow-ups for medium- and long-term success.
Analyze customer needs based on their business models and operations.
Improve customer retention and satisfaction through solutions and initiatives.
Collaborate with BDE sales and service teams to create service offers and contracts.
Organize service campaigns and after-sales promotions, including spare parts activities.
Monitor market trends to develop competitive service proposals and achieve objectives.
Ensure proper follow-up after new units or services are delivered.
Build long-term relationships to maintain and grow the customer portfolio.
Provide regular sales and market updates using reports and CRM tools.
Develop sales tools to promote genuine spare parts and after-sales services.
Uphold company values and ethical standards in all actions.
Qualification:
At least 3-5 years of experience in B2B and B2C business or demonstrated through competencies and skills and Experience with maintenance contracts and promoting spare parts is a strong advantage.
