Identify and select appropriate equipment, such as paint booths, washing stations, compressors, hydraulic presses, welding machines, and cranes, in alignment with client specifications.
Negotiate and finalize technical and commercial details, including installation requirements and site constraints, while managing civil and MEP construction needs.
Oversee procurement of materials for construction and interior projects, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
Procure vehicles, including cars, pickups, trailer bodies, and recovery trucks, while establishing and executing long-term maintenance contracts.
Interpret construction drawings to finalize specifications for various equipment and machinery.
Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company objectives, focusing on cost reduction, supplier consolidation, and fostering long-term partnerships.
Analyze market trends to anticipate changes and identify new sourcing opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable sourcing and favorable terms.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions to achieve optimal pricing, quality, and delivery schedules.
Conduct supplier performance reviews, evaluating service levels and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Identify cost-saving opportunities through competitive sourcing, supplier negotiations, and process enhancements.
Analyze total cost of ownership (TCO) and lifecycle costs to maximize long-term value.
Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and corporate compliance in procurement processes, emphasizing ethical sourcing practices.

Monitor global and regional risks affecting procurement.
Oversee the preparation and execution of procurement contracts, ensuring clarity in terms, deliverables, and penalties.
Manage the contract lifecycle, addressing disputes and amendments as necessary.
Lead, mentor, and develop the procurement team, setting clear objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive accountability and results.

Qualifications – Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech)
Experience – Minimum 15 years of experience in procurement, with at least 5 years in a senior management role focusing on strategic sourcing and supplier management.
Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in procurement software and systems, such as Oracle
