Project Sales Manager

Job Purpose:

The Dealer/Project Sales Manager is responsible for driving company revenue through effective leadership and direction. This role focuses on developing and identifying market opportunities, and ensuring competitive positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Growth & Revenue Management

Develop and implement strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
Expand and strengthen partnerships to enhance sales performance.
Identify new product opportunities through market research, consumer trends, and competitor tracking.

Sales Planning & Execution

Conduct weekly reviews of sales targets to ensure alignment with overall objectives.
Ensure achievement of sales and receivable targets across the UAE
Align all sales activities with company policies and strategic initiatives.

Product & Market Management

Promote the sale of a balanced product mix to maximize profitability.
Ensure timely phasing-in and phasing-out of products to minimize obsolescence.
Monitor and report competitor activities, including promotions and product .

Financial & Operational Accountability

Oversee timely collection of payments in accordance with company policies.
Implement structured, transparent processes to improve market receivables, reducing financial liabilities and increasing profitability.
Ensure compliance with financial and operational policies to support sustainable business growth.

Relationship Management & Customer Engagement

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of kitchen equipment.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the kitchen appliances industry.
Proven track record in managing traditional and modern trade or project sales & supplies for commercial and residential buildings.
Extensive experience in selling kitchen equipment or related products.
