Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
Developing Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and awareness.
Identify target markets and demographics to tailor marketing efforts effectively.
Brand Promotion: Develop and maintain the brand’s identity and image.
Media Management: Implement campaigns across various channels, including social media, traditional advertising and events.
Product Launches: Plan and execute product launches, including coordinating with design and production teams.
Develop marketing materials and collateral for new product releases.
Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media campaigns, email marketing and influencer collaborations.
Analyze digital marketing metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities and consumer preferences.
Research: Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Collaborations and Partnerships: Identify and negotiate partnerships with influencers, bloggers and other brands to expand reach.
Events: Coordinate events and collaborations to enhance brand visibility.
Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation.
Minimum Qualification required:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing.
Experience:
5+ years’ experience in marketing within a fast-paced marketing environment.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Attributes:
Previous luxury retail background and a strong understanding of the Middle East region
Ability to set and execute marketing strategies
Ability to deal with media and PR agencies
Experienced in identifying and handling Social Media Influencers
Digital Marketing understanding
Budget management responsibility
Strong organization and communication skills
