Estimation Manager – Interior Design & Fit-Out

Our client is seeking a skilled Estimation Manager to lead cost estimation and budgeting for high-end interior design and fit-out projects. You will be responsible for preparing accurate cost analyses, managing pricing strategies, and ensuring profitability while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed cost estimates and project budgets
Analyze materials, labor, and procurement costs for optimal pricing
Collaborate with design, procurement, and project teams to ensure financial feasibility
Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for competitive pricing
Monitor cost variations and provide solutions to maintain budget integrity
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
5+ years of experience in estimation within the interior design and fit-out industry
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Expertise in cost management software and estimation tools
