Job description Works:

This job works not only for our own IT administrative jobs, but also for our client services also.

 

Mandatory Skills:

  • Installation, administration and Maintenance of Zoho one application or oDoo ERP

system

  • Project management for the Zoho or oDoo implementation services as a project

manager, communicate with IT Engineer and the client

  • Mapping clients’ business requirements and translating these requirements into

functional specifications, services, implementations and custom solutions

Preferred Skills:

  • Install, configure and maintenance of Windows Operating Systems and Server
  • Windows server administration (Active Directory, Domain Controller, File Server,

Printer Server, Application Database Server and Backup/Recovery Servers)

  • Google Credential Provider for Windows (GCPW) Administration and maintain IT

Policy Configuring and administering email and file storage in Google Workspace

(GSuite)

  • Google Workspace IT admin works and support such as manage subscription, user

licenses, create and disable user accounts, mailbox sharing, calendar syncing, ost

and pst backups.

  • Mapping clients’ business requirements and translating these requirements into

functional specifications, services, implementations and custom solutions

  • Provide level 1 & 2 support on the various IT systems, business products and cloud

services.

  • Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new IT devices and domain security

policies.

  • Perform disaster recovery test in IT infrastructure (Network and Servers)
  • Installation, administration and Maintenance of IP phones / Softphones
  • Installation and Administration of Virtual machines on VMware and VSphere.
  • Coordinating to IT providers and vendors for services and solutions and

procurement of IT equipment (laptops, switch, servers, IP Phones and conference

call solutions)

  • Fix, troubleshoot and recover files and data from desktop and laptops

 

Ability:

  • Good communication skill by phone, email, face to face, WhatsApp
  • Good PC skills for Google, Microsoft, accounting software, ERP, etc
  • Fast typing in PC
  • Multitask skills
  • Business English
  • Project management skills
