Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Manager to oversee client relationships and manage digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring that marketing strategies align with client objectives and are executed effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and marketing needs.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to create comprehensive digital marketing strategies that encompass SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Campaign Oversight: Manage the execution of digital campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budgets, and achievement of performance metrics.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing clients with detailed reports and actionable insights.
  • Team Coordination: Work closely with creative, content, and technical teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
  • Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies to provide clients with innovative solutions.
  • Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise during campaign execution, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital account management within a digital marketing agency or related environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO/SEM practices, CRM software, and analytics tools.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to clients and team members.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
