Business Development Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cybersecurity BDM to join our client in UAE/GCC. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 – 6 years of experience selling cybersecurity solutions in UAE/GCC. The Cybersecurity Sales will be responsible for driving sales of our client’s cybersecurity products and services to existing and potential clients in the region. The candidate must be able to establish and maintain relationships with customers and have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy for the region to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify and qualify potential clients through prospecting and networking
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners to understand their cybersecurity needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
  • Lead sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of solutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience selling cybersecurity solutions in UAE/GCC
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity products and solutions is a plus
  • UAE/GCC driving license is preferred
