Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) – IT Outsourcing

Company Overview:

Our client is a fast-growing mid-sized IT company seeking a motivated and energetic Business Development Manager to help expand our IT outsourcing services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop an in-depth understanding of company services and product offerings.
2. Initiate and manage cold-calling efforts to arrange meetings with potential customers and explore new business opportunities.
3. Execute mass emailing campaigns and web marketing strategies to generate leads.
4. Respond promptly to incoming email and phone inquiries to nurture customer interest.
5. Implement target-based selling to achieve predefined sales goals.
6. Conduct market research and gather customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
7. Present product offerings effectively to potential customers.
8. Understand customer requirements and tailor presentations to drive successful sales outcomes.
9. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through consistent communication (via calls, emails, and meetings).
10. Act as the liaison between the company and its current and prospective markets.
11. Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales deals to drive revenue growth.
12. Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and product demonstrations.
13. Collaborate with buyers and managers to negotiate pricing, costs, delivery schedules, and specifications.
14. Prepare and deliver detailed proposal documents, including bids that align with client requirements.
15. Liaise with suppliers regarding pricing, offers, new releases, and product verticals.
16. Analyze personal sales performance and set objectives to exceed targets.
17. Gain a comprehensive understanding of customer businesses and needs to propose suitable solutions.
