Marketing Manager

Looking for a “Marketing Manager” for one of our key Luxury Retail Clients who will be responsible for overseeing and driving all marketing strategies, public relations, promotions, Advertising, Ecommerce & customer service initiatives across the group companies.

Detailed Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing all facets of marketing initiatives, including promotions, digital marketing, social media and overall marketing strategies using all creative provided by the branding team.
  • Executing sales and marketing campaigns, collaborating closely with the branding team to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Use creatives and visuals provided by brand department to utilize it in different marketing channels & manage the development of company websites.
  • Manage SEO, PPC, and content enrichment strategies to optimize online presence and visibility.
  • Facilitating corporate communications to maintain brand integrity and consistency across all channels.
  • Cultivating relationships with influencers, vloggers, freelancers, and promotional agencies to reinforce brand messaging.
  • Strategizing methods to enhance social media followership and engagement.
  • Develop and implement marketing activities accordingly (including but not limited to Marketing Communications, Channel Marketing, Digital advertising, eCommerce and Event Promotion), to establish long-term brand value and achieve sustainable growth for all brands
  • Develop Marketing calendar to plan the campaign and promotions & coordinate with sales and other support department to align the activities (including Promotional stand booking for all locations such as KSA / Oman / UAE or any govt sectors if required)
  • Oversee the marketing activities with malls and post on their social media & work closely with Debenhams / Faces to check on products, marketing activities on their websites or branches as per the approved budget plan
  • Organizing and executing various marketing campaigns via SMS, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Create promotional material for events & exhibitions.
  • Coordinate directly with production team and warehouse on logistics of marketing materials and shipments and checking on stocks and availability on any material and specifying quantities in coordination with sales department
  • Strategically increasing customer footfall to stores, pop-up shops, and promotional booths through innovative marketing strategies & arrange in- store promotions / events for customer engagement.
  • Identifying and developing private labelling segments and distribution segments to expand market reach.
  • Spearheading the launch of new products and overseeing event organization initiatives (Concept and creative for Product launch / campaign / Events will be approved by Brand team)
  • Conducting comprehensive market research and monitoring competitors for strategic decision-making.
  • Implement loyalty program & gather customer data via loyalty programs, sales transactions, and online engagement
  • Utilizing customer data to create detailed personas and segments, prioritizing resources to capitalize on profitable segments.
  • Crafting and executing targeted marketing campaigns tailored to each customer segment’s preferences.
  • Managing PR and media communications, analyzing market trends, and optimizing customer experience to drive success and growth.
  • Oversees Ecommerce and customer service operations, ensuring excellent customer experiences and addressing inquiries and complaints
  • Manages public relations activities, including media relations, press releases, and event management
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with media outlets and key stakeholders.

Educational Qualifications & certificates Required:

Bachelor’s degree / Master’s Degree in Marketing & communications

Experience required:

  • Requires 8+ years of progressive experience in marketing, public relations, or customer service, preferably in a similar industry / Luxury Retail.
  • Should have a strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, and digital marketing, as well as experience in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies.
  • Experience in managing budgets, measuring ROI, and staying up to date with industry trends is highly beneficial.
  • Arabic speaking preferred.
